Upcoming Fence Staining

The HOA will begin staining common area fences in the next few days. To ensure the project is completed in a professional and efficient manner, we kindly ask that you take the following steps:

• Repair or replace any loose or missing boards on your fence prior to the start of the staining.

• Remove any items hanging on the fence, as these may interfere with the staining process and could get damaged with overspray. The HOA will not be responsible for damage to items hanging on the fence.
