I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about how Legacy Southwest Property Management LLC is addressing the current spread of COVID-19.
Staff members will be working remote and performing community inspections as usual. We ask that you make an appointment if you are needing to come to the Corporate office in Frisco.
We have disaster plans in place for telecommuting and our company is prepared to handle all business functions such as board meetings through GoToMeeting. We recommend that you postpone or cancel any large social events temporarily in order to help prevent the virus from spreading. The Legacy Family and it’s Homeowners health and well-being is priority, which is why these efforts are in place. Our homeowners should feel minimum impact as emails and phone calls will remain being answered during our normal operating hours, 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this time. Should you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at 214.705.1615.

We are proud to have Project Black Jack attending :
For our veterans returning home from deployment, their mission is complete but the ”war” still rages on and one suicide is too many. Project: Blackjack is committed to provide any and all available resources to assist these returning veterans with reintegration into community, and most importantly…family.
Project: Blackjack has several goals:
By implementing the veterans-mentoring-veterans program we strive to have examples of success. Who better to know what you’ve experienced, and what you may go through than your fellow brothers and sisters?
We are currently working with nationwide hospitals and other providers to put together a specialized list of resources to assist with PTSD, individual, marriage and children(s) counseling, as well as alternative and homeopathic treatments.
Project: Blackjack will also sponsor and host platoon/troop reunions throughout the calendar year. This will give the veterans an opportunity to match up with their brothers and sisters to reconnect after returning home from deployments.
