The Chiller pump for the pool is finally in and being installed today. This will keep the temp of the pool much cooler, just in time for Summer!!

Per the governing documents of the Marine Creek Ranch Homeowners Association, there will be an Annual Meeting of the members on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Amenity center located at 5403 Paloma Blanca Drive in Fort Worth, TX. The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
- To elect three (3) new Board Members
- Provide an overview and accomplishments of 2022
- Discuss future plans of the HOA
Hello Marine Creek Ranch!
This is a reminder about our Roaring 20’s Casino Party this Friday, April 22nd at 7:00pm. Back by popular demand, the event is held at the Amenity Center parking lot under a tent. Please remind your neighbors! The comments we received after the last Casino Party were amazing! Everyone that attended had a great time! In preparation for the event, the amenity center and parking lot area will be closed beginning Wednesday April 20th thru Sunday April 23rd.
Buses will run from Ed Willkie, Parkview and Greenfield starting at 6:30pm. Each attendee will receive $2500 in chips to play at the casino. You may also purchase additional chips with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society of North Texas. There will be drawings for several great prizes thru the night. DJ Justin will be playing awesome music and there is a dance floor for you to enjoy. Food will be available from Oh Mac food truck. The event is BYOB and for those 21 and over. Come have a great time with your fellow neighbors! See you Friday!
First off the 2022 Easter Egg Hunt will be April 16th 11am at the amenity center. Easter egg hunting will start at 11am sharp. Flyer Below:

Marine Creek Ranch HOA Update
Hello Everyone! We hope you are doing well. We wanted to give you an update on several items related to the HOA. After receiving comments from homeowners, Legacy Southwest decided to change to a new portal for Marine Creek Ranch HOA. Effective immediately we will be using the Cinc portal for payments. You will also now submit ACC applications thru the portal along with reviewing violations and communication from management. We believe this is a positive change for our HOA. Information regarding how to create a log in and make a payment is at the end of this email. If you have any questions please email@example.com.
Spring is upon us and we know many people will be working on their homes. Please take some time and review the covenants for the association which can be found on www.marinecreekranchhoa.com. We kindly ask that you submit an ACC application for any change you plan to make to the exterior of your home. Additionally, we ask that you inspect your fencing, mailbox posts and paint. Also, please remember that all landscaping is supposed to be neatly maintained. Yards and flower beds are supposed to be kept weed free. No boats or trailers are supposed to be stored in view in our neighborhood. Please help us keep Marine Creek Ranch a beautiful community!
Before pool season we are having a chiller installed for the pool. We hope that this will make our pool more enjoyable in the summer. After more vandalism we also made improvements to the fence at the lake area and improvements will soon be made the pool parking lot fence. Work is also planned for the monument sign and landscaping of the common areas.
The Cowtown Cleanup is scheduled for March 26th.Many of you have noticed the large amount of litter in our area. Please join us at the Amenity Center from 8am to 11am on the 26th and help us clean up the area. The amount of trash that has been cleaned up in past years at this event has made a drastic difference in our area. We look forward to seeing you there!
Our annual Easter Egg hunt is scheduled for April 16th. The hunt will start at 11am. We have 4,000 eggs this year! Blackberry Winter will also be there serving ice cream. Our Casino party is back this year and is scheduled for April 22nd! This event was a huge success in the past. We are currently looking for sponsors for our casino prizes. If you are interested in sponsoring please firstname.lastname@example.org. Our fireworks show is scheduled for June 25th! Save the date as you don’t want to miss it. Lastly, our annual meeting is planned for this spring and will be announced very soon.
Marine Creek Ranch HOA is a very active member with the Northwest Fort Worth Alliance. Many neighborhoods in our area work together to have a larger voice when dealing with the city, county and state issues. We encourage you to be involved and follow the alliance for important information. The alliance is having a meeting tonight(March 10th) at 6:00pm at the Boswell High School Lecture Hall. A developer proposing a multi-family development on Cromwell Marine Creek will be presenting to people in attendance. We also suggest you follow the redistricting meetings with the city of Fort Worth. We do believe redistricting will affect our neighborhood and Marine Creek Ranch will most likely be placed in a different district.
Here is how you can make an online payment and register for the portal. Go to lswpm.cincwebaxis.com on the first visit to the portal, you will need to register. Click on the “Sign In” button at the upper right corner of the window, then click “Create Account” at the bottom right. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Legacy, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments.

This is a notice of a transition to CINE payment systems. A letter will be mailed to to all homeowners , please email Manager@marinecreekranchhoa.com if you do not get a letter in the next couple weeks.

Legacy Southwest Property Management is transitioning to a partnership with CINC Systems, LLC and Veritex Bank to provide your
community’s payment processing, banking and web services. We think you will see a positive impact from these partnerships, and we
look forward to continuing to provide you with the highest level of service.
Our transition to CINC will take effect on March 1, 2022. The transition period will occur for 2 weeks prior to this date through the end of
March. Please note that during the transition period, you may experience a delay in some processes. It is imperative that we briefly
suspend transactions in order to bring your community’s data into the new system. For example, online payments and homeowner
balances will be temporarily unavailable while we verify homeowner balances in the new system. Late fees will not be assessed for the
month of March.
For your convenience, Legacy Southwest Property Management in conjunction with CINC Systems, LLC will provide the following
methods of payment:
1) Online Payments: You will be able to make online payments using either e–check or credit cards. To make your payments,
please go to our website at lswpm.cincwebaxis.com. This website has been specifically designed to allow you the
convenience of making your payments online and accessing your account information. On your first visit to the website, you
will need to register. Simply click on the “Register” button and complete the information required. Once your registration
request is reviewed and validated by Legacy Southwest Property Management, you will receive an email with a link to set your
password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about
2) Online Recurring Payments: Our website also allows you to set up automatic recurring payments. To setup your recurring
payments, log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link. On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to
set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring
Credit Card link. There is a $1.99 convenience fee for echecks and a 3.25% convenience fee for credit card payments.
3) Lockbox Service: You will be receiving new payment coupons in the mail. The new address for mailing payments
accompanied by a coupon is listed below. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to your Association
and include your account number on the memo line.
4) If you would like to pay your assessments using an online bill payment service or your personal bank’s online payment service,
you must delete and set up a new payee using the updated information below. This will ensure your payment is posted
