Update Regarding Pool and Amenity Center

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. Many know that the Governor recently allowed pools to open at 25% occupancy under the guidance of local municipalities.  We have been in discussions daily with city officials, health department, pool vendors, attorneys and insurance agents. We have come to the hard decision that we cannot open our pool area at this time. We do not take this decision lightly and will continue to evaluate when we can possibly open.  Many factors are going into this decision. Safety of our residents is the most important. Costs associated with operating changes that currently must be made with CDC and health department guidelines do not make it cost effective to open the pool at this time.

The Covid-19 situation is changing every day. We expect the occupancy limits and guidelines to change in the coming days. We will continue to make preparations to open the pool. Currently an online reservation system is being built that will be implemented when it is opened. More details will be released when possible.

Hello. I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. We have had many questions and/or concerns regarding the pool and lake area the past few days. Some of our policies are changing due to Covid-19 and issues we are having. Until further notice our amenities will now be for Marine Creek Ranch residents only. No guests are allowed in either the pool or lake area. We will make changes to this policy as Covid-19 allows us to.

You may have seen that the governor stated pools can open at 25% occupancy. After many discussions with city personnel and the health department we will not be opening the pool yet. We are working with our pool monitors as they are preparing for the season. Once we do open the pool we expect possible abbreviated hours and days of operation due to Covid issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to keep our residents safe and make decisions in the best interest of the HOA. Beginning today you will see Police at our amenity center and lake area at various times each day.

Board Resolution about postpone the Annual Meeting

Dear Homeowners,

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about how Legacy Southwest Property Management LLC is addressing the current spread of COVID-19.

Staff members will be working remote and performing community inspections as usual. We ask that you make an appointment if you are needing to come to the Corporate office in Frisco.

We have disaster plans in place for telecommuting and our company is prepared to handle all business functions such as board meetings through GoToMeeting. We recommend that you postpone or cancel any large social events temporarily in order to help prevent the virus from spreading. The Legacy Family and it’s Homeowners health and well-being is priority, which is why these efforts are in place. Our homeowners should feel minimum impact as emails and phone calls will remain being answered during our normal operating hours, 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm.
